With a marketing and public relations background, her professional career commenced as a wedding coordinator for one of Perth’s 5-star hotels. Her contacts and innovative style led to her co-producing two issues of a Perth-based bridal magazine and its affiliated Expo.

Gina Mondello has planned and catered for numerous corporate and private events for companies such as Vodafone, City of Perth, World Style, WA Fashion Awards and Visions in Style (Sydney) to name a few.
